Beyond the beautiful interiors, there is our local restaurant, Coyote. A place that gives people a warm and tasty welcome. The master of this kitchen is Víctor Tafoya, a person who brings not only joy and salsa to the place but also new sensations through flavor. If you visit us, Coyote will be the spot to share mezcal and delicious food with the tribe and the locals.
